Is it free for pilots to apply?

Yes. Pilots can browse all listings, view full details, and apply — completely free. No registration needed. The optional AI screening is also free for candidates.

What does the AI screening do for candidates?

Our AI verifies your licence, checks your type ratings, and generates a competency score. Employers see AI-screened candidates first. It's optional but significantly increases your visibility to hiring teams.

What are sub-accounts and how do they work?

Sub-accounts let you create separate hubs (e.g. Aberdeen, Stavanger, Galveston) under one master portal. Each hub gets its own seat allocation while you retain central oversight of all hiring activity.

Can I switch between service models?
